Starting in AgilePoint v10, we are pleased to announce there will be expanded support for ServiceNow, building upon previously released capability that integrated the two at the process layer.
This capability, introduced in 2020, enabled AgilePoint application developers to easily synchronize data captured by an application with their ServiceNow instance via a number of process activities.

So, What’s New in v10?
I’m so glad you asked! Starting in AgilePoint v10, AgilePoint is pleased to unveil native support for ServiceNow at the Form layer. This important capability includes:
- Retrieve ServiceNow data, and display it on a Form using lookup
- Support for ServiceNow as an out of the box document repository, so uploaded documents can now securely reside in ServiceNow.
One important note, ServiceNow provides dozens of products and solutions as part of its offering, and our support is made to be generic so they do not target specific ServiceNow solution offerings but rather common table APIs. As a result, by learning the configuration details, application developers can work with any ServiceNow product.
