Unless you’ve lived under a rather large rock, you’re probably already aware of the name OpenAI. While not the first major AI platform, they are often thought of as the provider that ignited the most recent AI wave with their product ChatGPT.
We’ve been experimenting with OpenAI in AgilePoint applications for almost 3 years now, most notably with our renowned Low Prep AI Use Case series, so naturally with our version 10 release I am happy to announce comprehensive support for OpenAI. This includes both a suite of process activities and AI Control Towers, and we have videos below to help you understand how to use both types!
