At long last, a frequently requested feature is on its way to your v10 environment – Global JavaScript!
As many of you might already be aware, this feature builds upon form-level JavaScript, and Shared JS, which allowed for reusable JS functions within an application. As of today, this feature goes global! Meaning it can be shared across multiple AgilePoint applications.
How Does It Work?
As you’ll see in the video below, a Global JavaScript file simply needs to defined in Manage Center, and enabled for a given application. You can have multiple Global JavaScript files which can be selectively enabled for individual applications using form settings. From that point on, to use this feature in an application, it works the exact same way as Form and Application Level JavaScript, so there is nothing new to learn!

Note: Please note that this video was recorded while this feature was in beta. Some of the labels and icons might change by the time it becomes Generally Available, but the general concept of configuring these activities would remain the same.
